For federations and clubs: record your tryout in one shared sessionTalent calculates scores and rankings so you can compare participants more easily
Record measurements, competition points and coach assessments for your participants. Talent calculates the metrics and displays them in profiles and charts. Focus on the tryout instead of building formulas and spreadsheets afterwards.
Who stands out in which measures? Compare talent scores, technical assessments and measurements together. Notes and recommendations stay with the data, giving your coaching team a clear basis for discussing selections.
Several coaches can work on one tryout. Authorised coaches record measurements, competition points and assessments directly for each participant. There is no need to merge individual coach files after the camp. Additional guest assessments remain visible as second opinions.
Talent is a separate optional extra for federations, development centres and clubs running structured tryouts. Scores and rankings are calculated from the data; recommendations and selection decisions remain with the coaching team.
